Monty Python and the Holy Grail starts off in typical Monty Python fashion with another movie entirely called Dentist On The Job (1961), a British Carry On type comedy in black and white about a new toothpaste named "Dreem". After a few minutes, a background voice realizes the mistake and changes the reels to the Holy Grail movie and the credits start to roll with irreverent credits with odd subtitles in fake Swedish and lots of references to moose and llamas doing odd jobs around the set. Interspersed in the credits are arbitrary firings of staff for screwing up the titles and then the firings of the people that replaced the people that screwed up the titles and so on. In a few short minutes, we have seen all the classic mistakes on how not to start a project: wrong subject, wrong team, and wrong management all in a rush to get started quickly. Mistakes on every level. How many times have you seen this happen for real, when the human urge to get started before a proper charter and team were defined?
